WTF. I got the hammer to defeat dagoth but it weighs too much, what should i do
Forsythe on 27/6/2002 at 17:52
howie: If you recall/Intervention out immediately after defeating Dagoth Ur you bypass a neccessary event that sets everything to "I've beaten Dagoth Ur". You might be able to fix that if you go back to where you 1st met him in his fort; else you'll need to restore to before you killed him and then walk out the normal way. You'll know the special event when you see it.
cyclaud: Drop some heavy stuff or put a constant-effect "feather" on your eq.

Forsythe:
Yes, I met her in the chamber after I killed Ur. I went back to the Wise Woman afterwords, to get the other two trials, she said, you have not completed all the requirements of the Nerevarine and then sends me back to the temple Vivec, which, I assumed was " Four Corners ". After " Four Corners ", if you go back to the Wise Woman and click on the 6th & 7th trials you'll get the same message to kill Ur even though you've already done it. The 1st - 5th trials she will say you've already completed them, but the 6th & 7th trial she doesn't. If you don't believe me go back to the Wise Woman and see for yourself what she says about the 6th & 7th trials.

*boggles quietly* Quite odd, howie; I'll double-check re: the wise woman, but the Four Corners quest is definitely a Temple quest (to be specific, the 2nd to last quest he gives you, the last being to get the Ebony Mail). I know this as I haven't even begun the main quest yet this time around, and I just did the Four Corners quest two nights ago.
An odd question, I've noticed some people getting really broken quests... and as the game does much of its flag-setting via nonsense spells that're added/removed w/out telling the player, I'm wondering if these "hidden spells" are actually being blocked by the Atronach sign. Or, to put it simply, is your sign Atronach?
howie on 27/6/2002 at 22:30
I've gotten broken quest myself -- including the " Four Corners " since I haven't done the Pilgrims Path yet. I still haven't figured out how I became Arch Mage since I never finished all the quest, I just asked the right questions or the bugged ones. :weird:
Forsythe on 27/6/2002 at 22:38
... but is your sign Atronach, howie?
howie on 27/6/2002 at 22:51
Sign - The Ritual
Race - Breton
Class - Adventurer
Unbelievably Powerful Mage: Immune from magic, laughs at melee weapons, speed at 301, a mixture of armor ratings with a total of 201 armor rating, with amulets and tricks so high that melee weapons against him just don't matter. He is so powerfull that no one can put a dent in his health bar. All the women AI's drool in his presence. :D

Cool; unless someone figures it out before I, I'll look into it tonight.

Hmmm... I've went through the whole game and finished almost every quest... and I've never had a broken one.
btw: my sign isnt atronach, it's the lady
