I just started the Seven Graces quest...(I think that's what it's called) where I go to the different shrines and drop something off at them, yada yada yada....anyways, I'm on the one in the Puzzle Canal. I get to some shrine and it says "Hold your breath in his Glory to reveal the path" or some jazz like that, but I have no idea what that means or where I go.
There is some room with a shield on it, I assume that's where I go, but I can't get to it, unless I use a float spell, and like I said, it's closed off.

Breathe the Water of his glory and the Path shall be revealed
[SPOILER]which means...Breathe water.. drown(dont let your health run out) surface with barely any life left and the path will be revealed[/SPOILER] ;)

A sure-fire way of doing it that'll heal you up is to drown until you lose all your life.

If you stay down you dont drown. Something heals you to full health, stam and magica and the screen goes black, when it comes back up you can get to the real shrine
