The only concern I have about this move is the fact the server is held in US, what guarantees do we have that our server/site wont be subjected to US law and asll the bollox that goes with. And also the super sensitive online nanny culture that permeates and infests forums over there..

The server was in the US from 1998 until 2009.
From 2009 to 2010 in was in Germany.
