While rummaging through some Morrwind pages I came across this forum where they talked about a Sermon Zero and the hidden message contained within.

What is this new sermon? I always thought there were only 36 sermons by Vivec.
Is this something that will be revealed in one of the expansions?

What is this new sermon?

It is fan art. Nothing more. It should be regarded as such. Yes, a dev probably did create it or at least start a rumor or something. No, it will not appear in an expansion.

It was written by a Dev and posted on the official forums. This makes it more official than fan art, but less official than pieces that appear in game. I don't think there are any plans to include it in any of the expansions.
