Yeah achievements are annoying to set up but straightforward.
Trading cards are a bitch, you need hi-rez images for all of them, then like multiple levels of badges, then Steam backgrounds.... hnngh.

September Games now has an office. BEHOLD!

https://www.dropbox.com/s/xtaqselkqfzwc4d/WIC_office1.jpg?raw=1Uh... that is, I have a desk. The other desks belong to my gamedev friends at Platonic Partnership. I moved in with them, Parta Games and Lingon Games. That's pretty much all the successful game dev studios in town under one roof! Successful as in "still around after releasing a game". After 2 years of doing this from my bedroom I think I'll enjoy being around other people, even if the office is nearly deserted now, between social distancing and summer vacations, but by fall the place should be packed. :)
Gamedevwise I'm working on:
Crossing Guard game - a weird idea I've been working on for the last couple weeks. Got a bunch of video clips of it on (
https://twitter.com/Henrik_Hermans) my twitter.
BIG SECRET PROJECT - super secret.
Stilt Fella - Trying to get someone to put it on consoles. I should try harder but it's so boooooring hunting publishers. I have zero interest in the whole business side of this gamedev thing.

Spoken like a true follower of the Looking Glass Studios ethos. XD
It's great if you can get away with it...

Year 2 of September Games completed. It's been a good one. Did lots of Stilt Fella updates, released a game no one wanted, moved into an office, paid too much in taxes because I don't know what I'm doing, and spent half a year working on a silly little crossing guard game that was only supposed to take 2 weeks.
Read all about it in the (
