First one I think is the area where you pick up the second dead battery that opens the Med bulkhead. Second one is definitely the corridor that leads to the R&D sector, with the side room containing the monkey and the hybrid. Third one is the valley area past the Xerxes room with cover at the bottom and a slug turret at one end. Not sure about the fourth one, possibly one of the doors in R&D leading to Dr. Watts' room?
Is this an area that hasn't been worked on in SHTUP yet?

Like most other screens in SS2, the security camera displays are terrain textures, which means they can't be scaled up without modifying the actual map file.
Also, I don't think spoiler tags are necessary here. All the shots do appear to be from the medical deck.

Hmm, could secam_3 be the entrance either to the radiated room or to the QBRM room (can't remember which) in Med/Sci 2? There's a camera there right?

I replayed Med/Sci and now I'm not so sure about my first and fourth choices.
The first one has a shape on the floor which looks like a blood splat, and neither the Med bulkhead door nor any other security-type door in Med/Sci has a blood splat on the floor in front of them. The med bulkhead door has a dead, smoking crewmember in front of it, but there is no blood and the crewmember is closer to the door than the bloodsplat is. Also there isn't a screen on the right wall in game, and I couldn't determine what the shape at the lower-right corner corresponded to. So this might not be on Med/Sci, or it could be an earlier version of that room.
The fourth one is kind of hard to make out. There's a sign to the left (probably some general safety notice), what looks like a nameplate strip near the top-right corner, and a shape on the lower-right corner of the image which could be a window. There isn't a single door on Med/Sci which meets those criteria. The image generally does look a lot more like the ICU hallway than the entrance to Dr. Watts' area, though (the extreme left of the image looks like the railing at the end where the hallway turns right). It could be an earlier version of that area, or indeed might not be on Med/Sci either.
If I get the time I'll play farther into the game to check out other doors.

3 looks to me like the door where you head down to engineering, sans the keypad. It's been a very long time though, so I could be wrong.

Cam 2 has the crosshair in it
also it is that hallway just outside the xerxes core that dips down and there is a turret at the end of it

What about with ddfix?
Top right looks like the camera in crew overlooking the balcony walkway thing.
Bottom left is from the camera overlooking where the turret is (and the crates you can see in the screen) in med sci.
Not 100% on the other two so I won't bother mentioning.
