secret masters.......
i've got tons of cash and i can find the secret masters, but i want to know is there a limit to the levels they train?
i've got a lvl 5 character.
every time i ask the people in balmora for more training they say "can't teach you more on that skill"

There are a few that will train you up to 100, BUT, they will not train you above a governing attribute. You might as well get use to the idea you got a long road ahead of you. I'm on level 53 and I still not done yet.

is there a minimum level at which they train? say, for example you have to be lvl 10 for them to talk to you?

They tell you why they won't train you --> "your not a member" or "not for you yet because you haven't done enough duties for the house/guild". You have to join the guild or house before they will train you. Do what I did and join as many as possible. Some will not let you join if you belong to another house or if you killed someone they liked.
