Searchin for the Cavern of the incarnate

I am suppose to pass the fourth trial, the chef of the zainib camp wants me to find the Cavern of the Incarnate, he gave me a riddle, some of the Zainib habitants help me to solve out the riddle, though the directions they gave me are not clear, as they mention places that i´ve never been before and that are not marked in the map, the only place that they mention and that i know wich can give me a start to search is the Red Mountains, Northeast? this is a huge zone, don´t know exactly where to search, any suggestions?

UESP has a handy (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Image:Cavern_loc.jpg) map. If you start at Tel Vos and hike directly west you should reach the valley fairly easily.

Follow this link and get Ptolemy and the morrowind map. It will display any place you want and you can add notes and everything. Its a sma;; program that does not take up much space.
