Is it possible to make your own scrolls? If so, how?

I've not tried, but I assume you'd enchant a piece of paper with a one-shot spell.

My first thought as well (I haven't tried it as Morrowind is unavailable to me atm :( ) - but, do you really have to expend a soul gem for a one shot spell? Seems a little expensive to me.

Considering the amount of soulgems with souls that I have stashed, I could probably make 20 scrolls with dremora lords as lowest, and not blink once. The reason I don't is, two-fold. First of all, money. Costs way too much for a powerful spell. Second, I don't need no stinking scrolls. I just use my blades or axe.

sry to say, but u cant make scrolls, at least not with paper. they have 0 enchant value

My version of the editor says they have 5 enchantment points.
