See bin Laden wrestle Ashcroft in this mission:<br /><a href="http://www.geocities.com/gaylesaver/wr_ship.zip" target="_blank">www.geocities.com/gaylesaver/wr_ship.zip</a><br />Note: unzip darkhooks.dll manually into your Thief 2 folder, as DarkLoader refuses to do it.
A couple of notes. First, the money objectives don't seem to work yet. Second, don't think about saving, because the data isn't persistent. So you can't cheat. <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

I tried it out - it seems to work, but I got really bored after three rounds or so, so I don't know how it finishes out. I haven't even messed around with S n R's yet, so I don't know where you've gone "beyond" them, though I assume it has something to do with the keeping track of fighting hit points or something, and adding the bets and all. I imagine this could lead to some really cool possibilities in FM's <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

HAHAHA, at one point John Ashcroft dealt over 200 damage to Bin laden!
but i dont understand how you can finish the other onjective "dont let 20 rounds go by" cause it was on hard difficulty, objective was 500 loot, i had over 1000 loot by round 20 and it just ended cause all of the rounds went by???
but still a great effort and achievement, thankyou GayleSaver, i liked that a lot. <img src="graemlins/thumb.gif" border="0" alt="[Thumbs Up!]" />

Well, like I said, the money objectives don't work yet. Anyone taken a look at the setup in DromEd yet?
I noticed that it gets boring, so what I'll probably do is recondition it so that you get the reward money and YOU wrestle bin Laden.

There is much that is simplified through both the specific and general scripts. Check out the LinkTemplate, ScrMsgRelay, and MetaPropertyTrap scripts. This thing took me very little time to make, because of scripting. The bets are counted by a script, and the little info signs are displayed by scripts. Check out IntrinsicPlaque.
Hmm...now how shall I do the player wrestling mission? Perhaps I can have the damage caused by the player's enemy subtracted from the damage caused by the player and put that in the player's purse...that would work.

And one more thing. I think it would be wise if I added some sort of bonus every N rounds. Perhaps even in this mission, for every win, the winner gets some sort of reward...hmm.

DOH, I guess I'm too late, the link didn't go anywhere.
