Better yet, go to Deus Ex machina and look at the screenshots menioned above, and also the ones at the other site, which has heaps more pics.

Can you please give the exact link? I don't see any DX2 screenshots at DXM.

They shipped them out on CDs, they were never supposed to be shown before E3... which would explain why only non-english sites dare to show them yet. ;)
They look a lot like alpha version. Bland, not much better than the first... I reckon they're just intended to show off the lighting and tease us a bit.

Hmm.. If those shots are from Deus Ex 2, I dont think it is as good as the first one.
Actually, I dont like it if it has a woman player - as a choice.

Hmmm ... actually, don't worry about it, there are two possibilities here:
1) The link was changed while I wasn't looking. :weird:
2) I was very dumb, and thought it was another link. :o
:laff: :laff:

Actually, I dont like it if it has a woman player - as a choice. First, it's from an alpha. Low-resolution, too. It's still far off.
Second, WTF?

Definetly from the Second DX. They look pretty good. I can't wait for it. BTW, i've been playing a few of teh Fan Missions for Deus Ex. Some of them are Excellent. Truely good levels, rivaling the ones from the game. (

very fun especially the presidential emergency mission.

Good polygon count. Textures seem slightly bland and .. shiny? Almost reminds me of those late 90's cgi shows for kids, Reboot for example.
Lighting is obviously fully dynamic, but shadows are far too sharp for my taste. Doesn't really look better in a low res screenshot than Severance: Blade of Darkness's lighting about two years ago.
Weird how totally unlike the current Unreal engine it looks, too. (both the UT version and the released screens of UT2K3 and Unreal 2).
Still, theres about a year of development left, so I'm pretty sure it'll look a lot different when it hits the shelves.
