Wasn't working for me... I read it on the elder scrolls forum

I had to delete my ini file from the My Documents folder to get the screenshots to work, in case anyone reading this is having issues with it.

It's just easier to run Fraps in the background though.
My record movies key was the same as one I used ingame (forgot about it), ended up with 18GB of footage (and was wondering why my game was lagging so much) until I realised :D

I made my Fraps buttons 1-4 on the num pad. Easy as, well.....1-2-3  ;)

I guess I'll have to start using fraps as well now as nothing I have tried, including suggestions that I've found via google, have allowed me to take a screenshot. Does fraps slow the game down much though?

Try deleting your ini file in your myDocuments folder. That worked for me.

Thanks Tuco, I read and tried your suggestion before but it didn't work for me. I am using fraps now anyway and it doesn't appear to slow the game down from what I can tell.

I believe editing the video options in game resets the .ini and gets rid of customisations you've made. Including turning screenshots on.
Which is a bit rubbish really.
