It's possible to change the Schema Light Properties in the same map, but in differents zones? And how??

I haven't tried it myself, but you could add Lighting/VolumeProperties to the ZoneProperties actors. It has setting for VolumeBrightness, VolumeFog and VolumeRadius. Since it mentions radius, this might not be the right way to use the property, but it's worth a try.
