Yes: it is scheduled for the coming week.

I hope you guys have tested this new version elsewhere first ;)
David on 1/10/2005 at 07:46
Nope, essentially everything will look, feel and work the same to you guys, just with a few additions.

Like fingerprint-scan log on, for those who have the required hardware.

Right, the upgrade is done but I still need to tweak the templates here and there. :)

Awesome!
Can we have the Duckeh for dinner?

David, I just have to say, that thing with the picture of the duck and all.....that was awesome! I don't know why.....for some reason it was just brilliant! Although that may be because I've been up all night and am dead tired.....but still. Nice!:thumb:

I'm glad the Link-button finally works as expected. That is it wraps the URL around previously marked text instead of asking for a link-text.
The Quick-Edit is also nice though I expect heavy editing due to that.
I'm not sure what the Smilie-Dropdown in the Advanced Editor is good for. It should be in Quick-Edit mode though. As well as the Spoiler-Button since spoilers are often added afterwards.
I can see no use for the Font-Feature besides annoying ones. Same goes for Font-Color.
Some new Smilies accessible via Dropdown-Box --> Show all Smilies would be nice.

Agreed.

Also agreed. And, I don't know about anyone else, but I liked the old spoilers that didn't separate the marked text from the rest of the post. Example: I like
this old version as opposed to
the newer and default version.
