You know, you're not even making any sense any longer, but I thank you for your interest in my cock.
You spend enough time hanging from my jock, it's only natural.

Its pretty much reflective of my level of education. I'm pretty well versed in the basics of government and legal theory, but aside from basic civil liberties issues(like why Indian children aren't subject to normal adoption laws) I don't know enough to judge specific cases.
Unfortunately getting my law degree is going to have to wait a few years, until I can put in for JAG.
edit: I do have one correction to make. Joining the military is not always a conscious decision in practice as "go to war or go to jail" still exists in some places(personal experience). Its technically not allowed, but not every judge got the memo and a lot of people are too ignorant of legal procedure to know they can appeal that ruling. Even then, they don't always want to. All thats really achieved is to push the troublemaker onto a second Lieutenant who usually doesn't know how to handle them well.

This is the second time I've heard you mention something along these lines...did this happen you by any chance?

Not yet. I have family that isn't military, but is still in a position to see a lot of the fallout from stuff like that. I've also had friends who had to deal with stuff like that, and I witnessed my sponsor having to deal with a criminal offender while doing the army's equivalent of a summer internship this year.
In other words, not yet. But I can be pretty sure that its something I will have to deal with.
