Saw is one of the crappiest films I've ever seen. It's really astoundingly dumb and pointless and just plain bad. Made worse by the fact that it made embarrasing amounts of money, none of which the Australian film industry got.
I'm told they improve as they go along (not that that would be any sort of achievement). Is there any truth in this?

How could they improve when it is just the same movie (people in pain for an hour and a half and TADA twist ending) over and over?
I honestly worry about what the fuck is going on when people will en masse pay money to essentially watch people be tortured on film.

If the damn thing could actually make me wince then it would at least have been made with some skill.
Well, it does make me wince actually but not at the stuff they wanted (as do those reviews. cheers Stitch. I shall now spend some hours staring at the ceiling knowing I'm spending better time than watching Saw..s)

They were not people, but scundrels, scum! So they essentially deserve this threatment.. Exception done for the medicin woman and his hundsband. Plus, jigsaw gave them a possibility to redeem themself.
Anyway, I found the first chapter worsth than the other.. Am I the only one?? :wot:
