I have just saved and returned Shany to her mom Maria, but the bitch still charges me for my "free item." What horseshit, I guess a stupid rune isn't worth the price of her daughter's life. Is this a bug or something? Please help!

I am patched to 1.17, and it happened to me on my most recent play through. I could not figure it out either. You can try reloading a previous save, but failing that I am stuck there too. I just played on.

Thanks Stingm. I figured it was some type of bug. Anyways I have a new problem. Does Arx only allow 15 saved games? (Not including quick saves). I have recently reinstalled Arx and placed in my old saved games and I am unable to make new saved game slots.
Please help!

Most games have a set number of save game slots. As for Arx, I have never used them all. You probably have hit the limit.

Man, when you save shany, the life and mana potions are placed directly in the iventory. If you doubt, look at it after you save her.:D

She says you can have any 1 item from her store free. Thats in addition to the potions. I got it before.

Thanx for the help both of you. I gave up and just killed everyone in town. And yes Arx Fanatic I did notice the extra potions. The first thing I did was check inventory.
