Not that I know of. Have you got an ealier save you can go back to? How about the last time you slept (autosave)?

the overwritten save is the autosave. you see I started a new character just for fun and when he rested my original characters autosave was overwritten. Learnd my leason about saving properly now.:) But I found a saved game from not to long ago.
