Hmm.. IIRC, there's a special type of Journal entry you need to get once you've gotten all 7 pieces (3 Horts, 4 Nerevarines); you can only get it from a few people, one of which is Nibani (Urshilaku wise woman) and another is the woman under the arch on top of the Vivec Temple canton.
