26. Shoes of Sanguine Leaping
These shoes can be found on the Khajiit Dro'Zaymar found in Canal South-Tree in Vivec's St. Delyn Canton. Dro'Zaymar is another peaceful sanguine holder, but since there are no witnesses, you are relatively safe to do as you please.
Well these directions confuse me, I am in Vivect, ST, Delyn Canton and I do not see a khajitt in any of the canal water works. All I see is a wandering ordinator... hrmmm?]
Also,
I gave the leader all of the sanguine items but this one. Now when I gave him two belts, he took them from my inventory and gave me credit for them.. but then when I checked m inventory they are still there. I tried to give them to him again but he wont take them.. but he says I gave them to him? Serious bug?

Try going outside on the southside of St. Delyn, on the lower level there should be 3 apartments conveniently numbered 1-3.

As to the belts not being taken from your inventory, yeah, he does that for a few by accident.
