I made the mistake of advancing to Grandmaster in the Morag Tong before retrieving all of the Sanguine items. Is there any way I can complete the quest by console command?

No way to continue on the quest but Player->AddSpell SkillMephala_SP is the reward; which is a 60 second chamleon 50% and fortify attack 10 spell which costs 30 magic and has a 100% chance of casting it.

He is scripted to be disabled so the new one will just disappear as well. There is no way of enabling him without a mod. Well there might be a way but I'm not sure if it works...

Again, I'm not sure if it would work but it might make him reappear. It would be interesting to know if it works since I have never tried that script.
