Interestingly, my English-language front page advertisement (maybe from my US days when I set up the account) says 40% but the actual game page itself said 90% (being in Japan).
On the other hand, prices are generally inflated in Japan across the board, and there's a lot of games that simply aren't available here. Like almost the entire Total War series I discovered this week, nevermind one of its big games is Shogun. And they'll hide the unavailable games on my wishlist, which is kind of maddening.

I figured out what's going on. Owners of the original Spintires get a -50% discount on Mudrunner, and apparently this gets added to the current -40% = -90%.
Which I suppose means you could buy the original (
https://store.steampowered.com/app/263280/SPINTIRES/) Spintires for 9€ and then buy (
https://store.steampowered.com/app/675010/Spintires_MudRunner/) Mudrunner for 3€, and end up getting both games cheaper than just getting Mudrunner (18€). Maybe you could even refund the original Spintires afterwards, since it's really obsolete if you own the new one! :idea:

Both are great but I think Dishonored 2 would win out for me. More varied environments and gameplay than Prey has to offer.

I was a tad underwhelmed by Dishonored 1 so I haven't gotten around to the sequel yet. But Prey was my favourite game of last year, so I guess I really
should play Dishonored 2 at some point.

Kind of depends on how much you apprieciate story vs. gameplay aspect. Dishonored 2 has good gameplay, but story is basically rubbish. What you do, and what happens in the world are two different things. Prey feels much more coherent in that regard.

On closer inspection, I noticed there's a Prey/DH2 bundle at 60% off.
So, I could buy DH2 for $19.99, Prey for $14.99, or both for $28.33.
I guess I'll just buy them both.
