Where the !!! is it? I havent been able to find it at all. Could someone please give me a spoiler as to where it is on the island?

The room you're looking for is way at the top of tall pointie building in town. I think you have to fly up to the tower door from the outside. You must fly up a shaft to the room to the wizard as well.
I'll go look if you can't find it. Let me know.
