Well its to the point that I stopped playing the game for several weeks, as it pissed me off MAJORLY. Specially in the junkyard level, which I`m yet to get past as I keep geting pissed off with the respawns and going off to play something else lol.

I just ran away from the respawns, not much point in killing someone that comes back a minute later.

Even MMORPGs have longer times between respawns. And thats saying something :p.

As far as I can tell, respawn time and quantity are different on different maps.
PS: Installed the patch, readme says it fixes NPC respawning near protagonist or in his sight. Also, according to readme A-Life responding time is tweaked and the sytem should now respawn neutral NPCs not as often as before.

Cool. I was getting annoyed when bandits spawned right in front of me near the transition from Cordon to Garbage.

Honestly I haven't noticed any difference with the patch... but I played not enough with the patch and I don't remember exactly how it was before to be sure.
I always try to keep carried stuff under 50kg and just sprint when I don't like to fight.

They better fix the bandit respawning in Garbage and Agroprom, because it is ridiculously too much with 1.0001.
