I seem to remember an certain Orange Lapdog of Putin's saying that he would not rule out using nukes in Europe. I wonder where that notion might have come from.?

but now Putin is citing the rights of Kosovo as a justification for him supporting the breakaway regions of Donetsk and Luhansk. This has enraged pro-Russian Serbs:
That's totally a NOT-SO-smart move :D
So he's playing "Eastern USA" rhetoric about "freedom" and "autodetermination".....

Of course the first nuclear strike objective would be the military airport/bases/harbours, not the Europe capitals. Well, "special large cities" to be ruski-friendly

I don't really trust Putin to not go for "spite" rather than "military objectives".

It's not a mad man, only an ideology-driven boss (and I mean "ideology" in proper Marx meaning as the word was once used). Someone to be put in a gulag in Soviet Russia :p
It's not by chance that warhead missiles designed to hit us in the Western Europe are called "Sarmat" (Satan). It's how he sees us, as the devil. And it's why old Cold War schemes are now futile (and it's why a communist european Russia was a more reliable player).

With the twisted Russian way of thinking, I wouldn't be surprised if it came from Samaritans.

A video / power point presentation from down under about the likelihood of Russia using nuclear weapons in Ukraine:

I don't think it's a "bluff".....I hope but I *can't* think as a bluff knowing that kind (Putin) of psychology+ideology.
