I think the Beech King Air 350 ‘special mission plane', altitude-capable UAVs (50000 feet or above), Gulfstream ‘special mission airplane', Poseidon MRA-1, Saab 340 SIGINT, and P3C Orion flying over the Baltic Sea indirectly contribute to keeping peace.
I joined the flight tracking and planespotters group(either on reddit, FB, fightercontrol forum, etc) back in 2016-2017, and watching air traffic information during the Russo-Ukrainian(2022 til present) war has never been this exciting

Interesting stuff found in drones they downed over Poland

Quote:
Russian forces had been preparing strikes on Poland and Lithuania for months, using 4G modems with Polish and Lithuanian SIM cards to test drone connectivity as early as June, according to the Ukrainian defense news outlet Defense Express.
...
In early July, Polish investigators revealed that wreckage from Russian drones shot down in Ukraine contained 4G modems equipped with SIM cards from Polish mobile operators, as reported by Polish journalist Marek Budzisz. Later, a SIM card from a Lithuanian operator was also discovered in another drone.
Analysts say this detail directly points to Russia’s preparation for drone incursions into NATO airspace, as Moscow tested mobile network connections in advance. The findings were reported to partners in Poland and Lithuania. Still, the revelations triggered little reaction domestically — even as Russian drones began entering Polish airspace regularly during the summer.
This puts in perspective some recent claims by Trump that downplay it as drones intended for the Ukraine war which inadvertently end up over Polish airspace.

Don't forget that the drone is also equipped with extra fuel tank
that reminds me of a fighter jet with a conformal fuel tank
Shouldn't SIM card purchases go through a strict KYC process?
I'm curious what would be equivalent to a Rotax 914 engine for smaller drones... The Rotax 914 is quite legendary and many military drones use it

They were just relocating to avoid roaming charges.

Well if more drones land some where else where they ain't supposed to go, this could trigger WW3, seeing how Putin is showing around his tiny dick around Europe.

It's not only drones. Russian military aircraft have once again entered NATO airspace, this time travelling in Estonian airspace and AFAIK, another european NATO country's airspace during the past weeks. Once again, the craft had switched off their transponders (meaning there is no identification signal and no signal indicating where they fly around), and once again, they had not given these countries a flight plan. The russian planes were rather reluctant to leave these countries' airspaces when NATO planes intercepted them and tried to talk them into leaving, and then drove them off.
All of this is against common rules and threatens peace as well. Talks among officials as well as in the media have already begun dealing with the question of whether NATO should attack and destroy these planes, risking (of course) war. On the one hand, firing at such a plane in that situation can only be the last resort. On the other hand, when Russia repeatedly entered turkish-controlled airspace in 2015, Turkey in the end shot one of these aircraft down. After that, Russia respected turkish airspace, and kept their airplanes out of it.
There also was an incident some years ago when a Russian airplane was intercepted by northern european military aircraft. When the Europeans tried to communicate with the russian pilot, he tilted his plane somewhat, showing a nuclear weapon mounted ready-for-use on the underbelly.
Guess who's the aggressor here. And meanwhile, the US president sends troops to counter his own civilians while not being able to decide what to do with Poo-Teen next: Kiss the right or the left part of the rear? Difficult decision.

I feel so bad for any veterans and other survivors of WW2 watching this shit. All their struggle and sacrifice, pissed away by idiots, cowards and sociopaths.

How would US Tomahawk missiles change the Ukraine-Russia war?
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is in Washington as the US considers whether to arm Ukraine with Tomahawk missiles capable of striking deep into Russia.
But how do these weapons differ from the missiles currently being supplied to Ukraine and what impact might they have on the war going forward?
The BBC's Defence Correspondent Jonathan Beale explains.
