There's only ONE case of slavic "fascists" (not even nazis) in hystory, the croatian ustasha. Ukrainians "hated" russians non for impossible ethnic reasons - they're of course in the same slavic branch - but for presents like *HOLODOMOR* (and no, I'm NOT a believer that was intentional genocide, but an intentional negligence)
Ukrainians speak russian with no particular problem. Old soviet times ukrainians speak fluent russian like a native tongue.

Ah, a request (to play down the situation)
When and if Ukraine will be annexed please discard the Aleksandrov anthem and re-adopt the Екатери́на 's one. It's good (really - there's Kadyrov too in it :angel: ) and let us "communists" have back our precious relict of the past in the 1977 form :p
So we can sing it without thinking to Putin's mistreatment on it.

It's all about the concept of the messianic destiny and mission of "Mother Russia".

As a Latvian, many people here are worried and also protesting, but I don't think Russian government and oligarchs are the kind of people that care about everyone's little protests. They were preparing for this for a long time, but I hope the nukes were a scare tactic only.

2015, after Crimea. We got the proof.....they see Crimea as a "gift from heaven" (better, GOD himself) and they got really doped by the "blessing" so "why not" ask for other GOD gifts.
