I've got a new Macbook Pro,
2.5GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB memory
NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT with 512MB
trying to run System shock 2 on windows xp. I have tried installing system shock 2 from the cd afresh then using the Koyla tool
(
http://www.strangebedfellows.de/index.php/topic,392.0.html)
It runs with video, into menu then crashes after loading new game.
I have also tried a fresh install, downloading the latest patch and then applying the system shock 2 XP update, still the same problem. Can anyone help at all as i feel i've triede everything! Cheers!

Did you try (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121449) DDFix? For DDFix, it's probably easiest to download the fixed exes from the linked thread... then get the Widescreen patch from the same place once you get it working at all. With DDFix, I had no trouble running SS2 on my Mac Pro (at 1920 x 1200 thanks to the widescreen patch), so your Macbook Pro should be pretty similar.
EDIT: Removed Parallels question, I noticed you said boot camp in the title.
If my suggestion wasn't sufficient, please check the other pinned threads here, as a Macbook Pro with Boot Camp should be functionally identical to a regular Windows Machine with a mobile GeForce.
