I used to own this game. Loved it. To bits.
Tried to buy it, but can not find it anywhere, but have successfully torrented it. I'm a staunch buyer / suppoerter of games, but seeing as the dev studio is no longer making money from the game, I think no harm, no foul. Anyway, that can be debated separately.
I am trying with no avail to get it working. I can get it to install using a W98 VM, and it runs, but i can not select anything from the game menu - mouse pointer just disappears. Tried under DOSBOX, but the game claims to want to be run outside of DOS. There is apparently a patch which allows it to run under XP, but I can not find it. Really, really want to play this old favourite.
Anyone had any luck?
