Okay, regarding the silent run augmentation, is there any advantage to upgrading it to level 4? I'm at 3 right now, and haven't encountered any enemy yet that can hear me with it on (almost finished with Hong Kong). Are there more perceptive enemies later on that can only be circumvented with a level 4 silencer in my footsteps, or can I go ahead and upgrade my ballistic armor aug instead?

Yes, I think that L3 is for the silent run sufficient enough... spare the upgrade for ballistic armor.

Personally I think you should go the whole mile, but that should only be if your other augs are sufficiently high enough and you 'high priority' ones such as ballistic protection and the like are maxed out.
