I just happened to stumble across a link to (http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=700258&st=0&p=4599501&#entry4599501) this discussion where someone has figured how to make user created mods for Fallout 3 run on his Xbox 360. I figured it might be of some interest.

Note: I do not use an Xbox360, so I don't know how well it all works.
