I must say: This is a HELL of a mission!!! WOW!!! MY compliments to the maker! :thumb:
Thanks to everyone who has helped me.
I played it quit a long time without a walkthrough, but at the last part of the second mission I really needed one. I never got to the gorge. Once I had all my objectives complete but one: getting the skull of St. Gregor, I wanted to go further, but when I got the skull the mission ended and I got immediately transferred to mission 3. Perhaps I was there earlier in the game, I can't remember.
I definately will play this one again in the near future!

I forgot almost:
Pnowak, isn't that the place where you can climb out of an attick window onto a red roof??? I can remember something like this, but I'm not sure if this is the roof of the Monestary.

Are you actually trying to get into the monastery? You can't get into the monastery on the 1st part, you get into it in the 2nd part. :)

SHADOWS:
Yes, I know. But see the dlw6 above - it is possible. I make it only for fun - to reach places out of world. ;) e.g. you can reach the 1st part of mission from second part:
climb the wall at roof of the monastery and jump down, you'll get some damage but you can do it, avoid two men and burricks, and you are there... ;)
Gloria , I mean how to get to the roof of monastery (2nd part, great building with big gate, tower on the left) from 1st part.
GLORIA:
DON'T miss the gorge. Left 2nd skull behind and proceed to the gorge... The mission will end by large green door-gate with two pedestals for the skulls. There are a few of surprises there. Try to climb the roof of monastery. Try to find small cave.
Have you found
Ruperts hiding place
?
Yes, this is one of the best mission in long past, very enjoyable, perfect adventure. However with few minor bugs but these cannot ruin our experience.

You can get to the monastery roof in the first part of the mission, but it is very hard to get down again.
Put one rope arrow into a bridge support/leg above the spotlight, and the rope hangs down just enough you can jump to catch it by standing on the spotlight. The second rope arrow has to go into the very top edge of the bridge railing (careful aim is required). Jump to the first rope, climb up, then jump to the second rope. Climb up that, and you're on the bridge.
There is nothing up there in the first part of the mission, just an archer you can't pick up, some blue walls, a room you can climb into but not escape, and an empty tower. It became clear to me after I got up there that it was not designed for me to go there in the first part. I was just doing what the objective said.

WOW !!! I had tried to reach this place many times. Thanks for help, dlw6. You can get back from rooftop - climb wall and jump carefully down. You'll get some damage but it's possible... but you need full health.
Edit: Or better way, it is possible to jump to rope arrow from the wall.

In part 2, I got Gregor's skull, but can't climb out of the hidden place where I got it. The ceiling is too low to mantle, so all I can do is stand there jumping in place. A running jump doesn't work either, at least not after 20 tries. I tried stacking zombie parts to stand on, but they're too slippery to stack. So after 15 minutes of trying, reloading, going down there and trying again, etc, the game is starting to feel like Tomb Raider (that is, a blend of  and :bored: ). I can't even remember how far I'll have to go back to get some crates. Am I missing something?

No, you're not missing anything. I had a heck of a time getting out of there, to. I found I could finally manage it by climbing out on the side rather than trying to go back over the coffin but it took quite a few tries to get it.
