Why are there .bat files in the ruined1-1.zip file? I thought Darkloader specifically would NOT extract executable files, like DLLs and .exe files and should also not extract .bat files.

I'm curious about the answer to nil8hate's question, too, as I never found a use for the fire arrow . Is there some special use for it? You certainly don't need to figure out where to use it to move on. Once you've placed the skull on the pedestal (you'll know when you've done it right, by the way, as there will be a reaction as well as a gate opening that releases to haunts. Wait for a bit and a obelisk that is against the wall will move out and reveal another room. You'll find a key in there you need to get out as well as get to the basement.

and im totaly stuck i do not see what iv got to do now can not find golden skulls at all the hand of glory dose not do anything at all, ive been in hall X and hand dose nothing in there at all.
Have to say that this Fm is shit finding anything take hours and well that crap, t2X is way better as it made sence this dose not.

If you read back through this thread there are loads questions and answers relating to objects you seek. Take a little time to look. It is a hard mission to do, but if I can manage it with lots of help from fellow frobbers, I am sure it will be no problem to you. :D

ok found a metal door behind somr stones but seem unable to open itwith any key i have or the lockpicks. is there a key to open this or is it trigered.

Lord Soth. Did you [SPOILER]take the stones from a wall behind a chair. If so you need a key. This can be found in a chapel nearby with a face alarm. To switch it off you will find a switch by the altar in that chapel. Next shoot a rope arrow into the rafters in the chapel where you will find another switch. This will open a hole in the floor for you to find the key.[/SPOILER]

lol i opened it but not with the key :).
Now im in the libary and need to find the canon medicinae. Think i found the safe just dont see how to open it.
