Haha, that made my evening because I had a somewhat similar experience a while ago. "Whaa... *yawn* erm... OMG blood! What happened! ...oh. Heh".

Also, on a different occasion I dreamt that I exploded after drinking some highly explosive water (don't ask), but I didn't actually wake up until about half a dream minute later. Those last seconds have made me want to never have this dream again, ever. Ugh.
