Anybody else finished this hidden quest? I think the solution to the riddle on the scroll is Hourglass* but I'm not sure how that helps me.
*Overkill I know, but just in case...

Okay, have anyone found the famous scroll?
Its supposed to lead you to some decent unique items.
I have a fully furnished Rosethorn Hall, so its kinda hard to find ANYTHING.
So, have anyone actually found the scroll, and if so, where?
lol, got it...
It'd be a huge spoiler to tell where it is :P happy hunting.

Though (here i go again, posting like a madman), has anyone actually solved the riddle then?... I know the guy who posted it did, but erh..
wtf?

Well, I figured the answer out, but now what? I found an hourglass in one of the chests that furnished my house but what do I do with it? (If, indeed, I do anything with it). I've scoured the house from top to bottom and turned up nothing that points to an hourglass
:edit:
Aha, found it. Typical. And it's not that much cop, tbh. :/

It's in the rafters of the cellar.

Where is rosethorn? Which city?

Rosethorn is the mansion you can buy in Skingrad. Best of the lot at a cool 25k. It's the only house where you can upgrade with display cases to show off your valuble loot.
Tuco on 6/4/2006 at 06:04
oh, that one. And what's this treasure business? FEh.
I'm supposed to get a man servent for my house right? Yeah right, I'm not going to have his grubby hands all over my loot. I have the most important and powerful items in Tamriel in that house.
There's more value in that house than the entire imperial city.

It's actually a female servant. And she provides free drinks and food \o/
