You could use (

And if I may...
{soapbox}If it takes a working rope arrow to show those reluctant to even give T3 and T3Ed a chance at being a viable (not to mention incredibly powerful and cool) extension onto our beloved Thief FM world, then so be it... but I shall now say a pre-emptive ((("BAH!"))) to those it pertains to (echo lines added for increased effect) {/soapbox}

My Sneaksie friend needn't worry -- T3Ed is great as it is. If only I could find enough time to work with it more so I could learn it faster. :sweat:
But you've got to admit, working rope arrows would be sweet! :thumb:

I hear ya. Hopefully not many are resisting even giving T3Ed a chance out of blind hatred for the game. We need some good missions to stir the scene up, for sure. And the rope arrow will definitely open some eyes. :ebil: People should know - DromEd is awesome, and so is T3Ed. I sure hope the long-timers involved in campaign work right now stop by once they're done...

Rantako, just to be sure - it's not April 1st in your time zone yet, is it?

Seeing T3 FM's with working rope arrows would be the best news ever since we learned they would not be in Deadly Shadows. :thumb:

Yes, but from what I've seen so far, T3Ed has the same kind of flaws as Dromed:
- many undocumented things we'll have to figure out on our own (if at all)
- some features non-functional (without being marked as such)
- some important features constricted (like scripting)
I don't want to put T3Ed down, but when I was trying to implement some new things in the past few weeks, I was struggling with the same shortcomings that already made working with Dromed a pain in the ass (I don't talk of building geometry, but of making things like a rope arrow work). No doubt FM authors will overcome many of these obstacles over the years, like they did with Dromed, but it's a great pity that we didn't get a full SDK. How much easier would things have been then? Think of the possibilities if we could write our own scripts...
