All right.. been a while since I've played this, but where do you get the first rocket launcher from? I'm pretty sure I passed it up.. I'm at the part where you first look for the 3 ambrosia cases (while your still UNATCO, right after you first go to hell's kitchen, and paul screwed up).

Just put a big box of boom in the way. When little anoying shooty thing comes near, you shoot the box.

There are many ways to get at droids without a GEP. EMP grenades and LAM's both work well. 20mm HE rounds from an Assault Rifle is also effective (but you don't get those until later). Or you can just sneak past them. They don't hear anything, so as long as you know their patrol route and stay out of sight, you're home free.
