How do I make the darn bank key???

[SPOILER]I have the key mold. Got the impression on the mold. Have gold bars, metal bars. Water. Smithing hammer. Been to the forge. [/SPOILER]

NOTE: I haven't tried this myself (read it at (http://arx.rpgdot.com/index.php) RpgDot, scream at them if it doesn't work)

hint:
molding a key is similar to molding a sword

solution:
- you have to use the (powerstone activated) molding-machine in the dwarven mines
- use one goldbar and one metal bar

I've never robbed the bank either. I guess I just haven't felt like being "bad" in Arx. :p

technically i did rob the bank, but for some reason even when invisble, just opening the door to get the treasure sets off the guard alarms and you cant sit in arx any more. but yes its very simple, use the CAST metal the same way you did the sword.

use 2 metal chuncks in the combination machine to get cast metal, then use that metal in the actaul force and voila.

Digging up an old thread, but...

Does anyone know what that secret tunnel is?

The one that is left of the door when you come inside the bank? (Looks like plain wall)

I've never gotten in there, but the AI (apparently) once opened it by accident.

I didn't realise that that was a secret passage. I'll see what I can come up with.
