You watch British comedies? Some red American you are.

JOHN INMAN HAS BEEN SERVED

John Inman is no longer "free".
In other news, this show typified what I love and hate about old British comedies - horrendous runs of puns, transparent innuendos and double entendres, but with an excellent cast capable of perfectly typifying stereotypes so grossly over the top you can't but accept them.

RIP Mr. Humphries.
A.Y.B.S. was always one of my BBC favorites; 'horrendous runs of puns, transparent innuendos and double entendres' not withstanding. It still makes me laugh.

Oh come on. Normally I'd complain that the thread title is unimaginative, but haven't we all given up hope of jbairdjr having any mental capacity for anything approaching creativity to begin with?

So long Mr Humphries you hysterical gay little freak. AYBS was an oasis in the midst of Friends and Seinfeld knockoffs...
