He died as well? Dang, I that's news to me. We lost Goldsmith in 2004, now Poledouris!!! :(
But please, lets not hijack this thread. This is for Ed Bradley.

I don't know Ed Bradley and I don't really care, but I do care about Basil's death - not enough to warrant another thread though, just enough to derail this one. Although to be honest, can you truly derail a thread that's just going to have "RIP :(" ? I'd say you can merge the two and people can pay respects to whomever they wish.
Also, TTLG isn't an obituary, I'm not going to fill it with RIP threads.

I'm sorry but where is this supposed thread by RugBurnJunky? Is it in Community Chat? I can't find it?
A brief scan over todays threads yielded nothing about Ed Bradley so I thought I would post it.
Don't really need your attitude. And this is coming from a big film music fan too....

I'm not trying to be a cock here, dude. Look, I'll even give you (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1412016) a hint as to what StD meant.
I'm just saying that we can have more than one death commemoration in a single thread, especially when that thread doesn't amount to more of a specific testament to the dead person than: RIP :(

OK, I get it now. :) I guess I can expect RugBurnJunky to join in soon and chastise me for not having a more colorful thread title (and personal obituary).
Now that its all cleared up I understand your position better.

You know what Ed Bradley should have covered more on 60 minutes?
GIRL FIGHTS! ;)
