Hated that bit in Genesis. Why they couldn't have just done some editing to the existing scene is beyond me. They did it to one of the other ones (when Arnie pops in from the "future").

For me it was the undoing of the greatness of the first 2 films plot wise. Since they basically say "Well you know those first 2 Terminator films, with their great plots. Well those don't exist in the timeline anymore."
Could not have done a greater disservice. Hell even The Sarah Chronicles did a better job. Especially during the first season. Second season was all over the place.
