Not only is she moving clockwise, I can't understand how anyone would think she's moving counter-clockwise. YOU'RE ALL WRONG.
Heh, she
is actually turning counter-clockwise. You can tell because the only time you see the shadow of her streched out leg is when it's behind her, farther from the camera. If it was pointing towards the camera the shadow would be too close to the camera to be visible.
I always see it clockwise at first but once I figure out that it's actually going counter-clockwise I can't fool myself into seeing it clockwise again.

Clockwise until I glance away or start reading the text and then she spins counterclockwise when I'm not completely focussed on her but only for a second or so. Wierd

Man this is fucking me up, I love this kind of stuff.
When she's going clockwise, focusing on the shadow beneath her stationary foot makes her reverse for me. And when she's going counter-clockwise reading the text to the left makes her reverse. I also had a bit of unpredictable success by closing my non-dominant eye.
Time to show this to my dancer girlfriend :thumb:

Clockwise - but now a voice in my head is telling me to move to Sheboygan Michigan.. is that a good or bad thing?

It was moving counter clockwise first for me, but it switched when I tried to see it the other way and I cant get it back. Im left handed in some aspects and right handed in others, I wonder if this affects it (I've heard that it does).

Started off with clockwise, then suddenly switched to anti-clockwise. After that it's pretty much random.
The_Raven on 9/10/2007 at 20:22
First it was clockwise, then counter-clockwise, and now she's oscillating back and forth between the two. Damn indecisive, naked ballerina.

It's clockwise for me, and I'm about as "left brain" as it's possible to get. I call bullshit on the whole direction-indicates-brain-hemisphere pop psychology aspect.
Cute illusion though.

The first time I looked she was going anti-clcokwise and I couldn't change direction. Just now she was going clockwise and once again I couldn't change direction.
I think they are just screwing with ya all. There are 2 animations and you just happen to get one or the other by random.
