Clockwise at first, then I scrolled down and back and she was going the other way. Tried to reverse her again without success but eventually she started spinning clockwise again - I can't control it. Mostly it's clockwise, though.
EDIT: ok, after a bit of concentration, I can control which way, but by default I see it clockwise.

I saw it anti-clockwise at first but if I look at her feet only I can reverse it any which way.
Ditto.

Flips direction pretty wildly for me. I wonder if it depends on which side of the brain you're using at the moment you look at her. I tried to force her going CCW by thinking of a Fourier Transformation and that worked, although I just could have tricked myself with that. :p

Wow I'm suprised! I was clockwise first and I took me along time to see it going anti-clockwise. I always though I was more of a left-brain type of guy. At school I always excelled at maths and science although I did alright at english too. I wonder if my taking up guitar and writing music the last 3 years has made me more right brained? Ofcourse this test might not actually mean anything.

My wife claims that it flips pretty much everytime she blinks or moves her gaze, without consciously trying to make it change direction. Weird.
I'm still stuck in clockwise mode after my initial anticlockwise spin... sometimes it slows right down and hitches, but never changes.

Damn, bitch be freakin' me OUT! :weird:
I saw her as moving counter-clockwise at first, but then she flipped on me right as I was watching. Bizarre! I can flip her at will by focusing on the shadows of her feet.
I thought brainedness was connected to handedness? Right-handed people are left-brained, etc., with each hemisphere controlling the opposite side of the body. Perhaps this is some common misconception I picked up at some point.
Edit: left and right brain disagreed on how to spell "focusing"

Not only is she moving clockwise, I can't understand how anyone would think she's moving counter-clockwise. YOU'RE ALL WRONG.

Yes, use your anger. Give in to the dark side.
I felt the same way about people who said they could see it clockwise :p But she
can be viewed as clockwise and anti clockwise. Trust me. I can see both directions now. I know, it's weird because you can't believe that it can be both at the same time.

I thought that too. But then she started going the wrong way. Sometimes I'm not sure her arms and legs aren't rotating in counter directions.
As has been said, there isn't any depth information.

I can also think back to the 1970s, when I had a viewmaster reel of Snoopy looking at a sillouette of the Red Barons triplane. The plane was in silhouette so that it could be viewed as either coming towards you, or flying away. This is basically the same effect, although it's a lot cleverer. :D As a comparison to the sillouette version I think someone should do a colour version of this, with lighting, so that we know which direction she is facing in. She should be naked too, and should bounce up and down a bit to get some vertical motion perspective.
