When mercantile hits 100 all traders get an extra 500 gold, I don't know about idividual traders though.

Well, I used the trader in Imperial City (Javine?) who gives you the quest to sort out Thoromir. Now, she only had 800 gold.. but it never went down, each thing I sold her was against her total of 800 gold. Is this the way it's meant to be - sort of like a cap on the "level" of item they can buy, rather than the amount of gold they have. Or is it a bug?
