I know that making value judgments when it comes to human life seems callous, but not everyone is equal, thats' the reality.
Let's say you have to make that judgment, let's say the killer gives you the choice of who his next victim should be, either he kills another heroine addicted prostitute, or he kills a single mother, such as my next door neighbour, who's trying to juggle three young kids and going out to work every day, and is currently trying to scrape together enough cash to buy them a nice christmas.
I'm sorry, but you'd choose the junkie as his next victim. Based on all the relevant factors, you'd have no choice but to make that judgment.
In an ideal world, no one would be murdered, but then, in an ideal world, there wouldn't be any young women reduced to sucking cocks for drugs in the first place.

Believe it or not, prostitutes are people, too. I don't know the history of the ones murdered, but many have families, buy Christmas presents, etc., etc.. Dehumanization of people for the sake of murdering them is not an acceptable attitude, period, albeit not an uncommon one.
