Hey, all. Just dropped in on this cold December morning in Boise, ID (home), to see what's changed in the world of Thief. I've been contacted a number of times over the years concerning maps, walkthroughs, etc. So, I got an itch. Perhaps I'll re-learn DromeD. I must be going senile to want to jump back into all this craziness. I'm 68, BTW.
Is there a link to all of the missions? I'd like to see what's been made and the improvements to visuals and gameplay.
I built a custom machine: 5 gHz 8-core CPU, 32 GB RAM, 2080ti nVidia card, 4K 43" monitor. The video card runs so hot I had to remove the side panel and keep a fan blowing into the case to disperse the heat. Felt like I had a ceramic heater under my desk. No fan = crashes during CPU-intensive games.

There’s also a new website for fan mission ratings if you want to find the highest rated ones to try first:

Hi Ricebug! Welcome back. I have the same graphics card and also had problems with overheating. What I did was re-apply the thermal paste on the chip, maybe this will work for you too. I have a GIGABYTE Aorus aftermarket 2080ti. Basically there wasn't enough thermal paste so the heat didn't conduct very well.
Now it's been like 6 months and had no issues since, where before the fans would spin extremely fast on max gpu usage.

Ironically, the majority of the missions released in the past 3 years were for Thief anniversary contests, which stipulated that missions be built using only original, stock resources. But there were some incredible, all time great missions released, definitely worth checking out.

This GPU is large and heavy (forget doing an SLI with a second "card") it's sealed, with only the fans exposed. Everything is in a (
