Er... I just did the whole transmission thing at the NSF base, fought my way out, and now I can't get back to Paul's apartment because a big barricade blocks me from getting through the tunnel. And, if I zone back into the NSF HQ, the map is reset and everyone is friendly. I'm using the GOTY edition, is something wrong?
EDIT: Forget it. Quitting and restarting Deus Ex has solved every problem I have had with it, including this one.
