I did describe the problem. Return to the Unn is a zipped up install.bat type file. It won't work with darkloader. Mod manager is just as much trouble as installing return to the unn manually. You still have to back stuff up. With darkloader you don't have to do that. Just install and play. Can returnn to the unn be fixed to run in darkloader or not?:confused:
Why was the format changed from the demo anyway? it works perfect.

Ah,
now you've described the problem. You didn't tell us
why it wouldn't work with Darkloader, just that it wouldn't.
First, did you download the (
http://www.strangebedfellows.de/index.php?topic=45.msg97#msg97) latest version? The post I just linked to states that this mod is compatible with the Mod Manager, so if you use that, everything should be backed up for you. I would imagine that the same would be true of Darkloader, though I haven't tried it.
I just installed RttUNN, the latest version which I linked to, with the Mod Manager and it worked.

Wait, what?
Of course the mod manager backs up files for you. It wouldn't be much of a mod manager otherwise.
If you absolutely want to guarantee that your original files are safe, even from a theoretical malfunction in the mod manager (or DarkLoader), use the original data folder method as an extra precaution - the latest versions of the SS2Tool should do this for you automatically.

Also, it looks like Darkloader cannot read 7-zip files, so if you want to use Darkloader, you'll have to extract the contents of the RttUNN 7-zip file and re-compress it into a format Darkloader can read (like .zip). As far whether installing it and running it works, I don't know, since apparently my Darkloader installation is messed up and won't let me perform any install or play functions, even on Thief FMs. You'll just have to try it and see, though I don't anticipate there being any problems.

Oops I made a mistake! I meant Garrett loader not dark loader. Does that make a difference? I am trying the new version now.:confused:

Ah. I believe when I last played RttUNN I used GarrettLoader. Not sure, though, and I don't have it installed currently.
EDIT: Went ahead and tried it. GarrettLoader cannot read 7-zip files either, so you still have to extract and repack the archive, but other than that, the version I linked to works perfectly fine. I installed it and played it right through GarrettLoader.

I was able to download the zip version from your link. The regular zip is the first link on that new page so I never had to repack. Its working perfectly now so far. Thank you so much! This is the only mod I wasn't able to play. I off to play! Thanks again!:)

Ah, I didn't notice that the LGClassics link was a .zip file. Cool; glad you got it working.

Note that the BAT files contained in this mod were meant for a manual installation once. In most cases you should not run them, including installations via the SS2 mod manager, garretloader and the DataPermanentMods folder method. Basically forget about these BAT files.

This FM is great! :D But Im stuck in TriOptimum facility. :(
Im stuck in The room where is a shotgun hyprid on the upper level and 2 spiders on the lower, I went to the lower level first (from the window that wasnt unbreakable) and killed the spiders, then I went to the upper level, killed the hyprid and I couldnt get out of the room because the door didnt open, and now I cant get out from the room! Because the door wont open and the window is too high!
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
EDIT: Well I got out of the room, but, I cant still get out cause the railing is too high...
EDIT 2: Forget everything, used a save where I wasnt there. Im now on UNN Gallo Deck B, when I got to the first Replicator the door closed behind me, and I was holding a grenade launcher, I hacked the replicator, didnt find anything useful, then I was looking other direction from the door, I heard the door opening, and the door wasnt even open yet when a shotgun hyprid shot at me, I freaked out, shooted in nowhere 3 times, got him in the blasts,:) and I felled out from my chair. :cheeky:
