on the first level......after you acquire the first pistol.......and deal with shiruken boy on the upper level.......are you supposed to be able to access the rooms?.........I cannot enter any of them........

I've just finished this - excellent work.
For my first five years I just kept replaying SS2 as different character types. I have only recently played some of the fan missions, and this filled four (plus) hours so well that I took an afternoon off work to finish it!
I have just read through all the pages of this thread to see if there was a version 1.1 with extra log pics but apparently not yet (not ever?)
So is there a different ending if I don't go to the bridge? I never go back to an old save to try things out, it ruins the immersion for me, so I will have to wait until I replay the whole mission. However I would no doubt go to the bridge again unless I know I shouldn't in order to see a different ending.
Lastly, I'm a bit curious about how PSI reavers work. I got to the bridge, and shot one 'brain' safely. Then I eventually killed the PSI reaver, and quickly took out the other two 'brains'. However the PSI reaver came back, even though all three brains had been shot. Is there a hidden brain somewhere, or is it the case that you have to destroy the three brains before killing the PSI reaver (i.e. my method of killing the PSI reaver then knocking out the brains is no good because it will regenerate once)? Sorry if that isn't clear. In the end I just got off the bridge as soon as I could, assumign the PSI reaver would keep regenerating as a 'special' area.

Been having trouble getting this to work. It looks like it's a problem with cutscenes, but I've downloaded the latest DivX codecs and the registration of lgvid.ax is successful each time I open SS2 Mod Manager. I've tried turning off all other mods, and redownloading and reinstalling RttUNN multiple times, all to no avail. Any tips/horrendously obvious things to check that I've forgotten/information that you need to help?

Solved it with a fresh install of the game and then a fresh install of the mod.

I'm having a crash to the desktop every time I try to get the elevetor up to UNN Gallo deck C. Any idea about how to fix this?
[spoiler]I'm hearing the "ghost sounds" from the crew quarters even in the elevator - maybe it's the reason for the crash? Is there any way to turn them off using the console?[/spoiler]
I'm running SS2 with Rebirth, SHTUP, the Widescreen Mod and the new weapon models on WinXP SP2; I'm not using any mod manager but rather a manual install of the mod.

I want to blame one of the mods, but I modified quite a few things to get the effects that I wanted, so there is a level of buggyness in some places. You may also be able to get around this by first going to Deck A, then trying to get to Deck C from there. (I can't remember if this is possible, but I think so) :D
Also, if I remember correctly, I put the trigger to turn that "sound" on/off is somewhere in the hallway leading down to the crew quarters/near the elevator, so try to run around a bit to trigger it.

The 2 mission pack works but the full version 1.01 won't run in darkloader. Every other ss2 mod I have played will. I really don't want to have to backup anything and do all that extra work. Is there anyway you could make this mod darkloader compatable? Thanks for any help! :confused::angel:
