I know that the chest in the mages guild do restock themselfs after some time.
Do they ALWAYS do so (e.g. when i only take the gems), or do i have to empty it completely. If the later: Where can i pile all the stuff to not getting that overflow-lootbag? (or will i need so many items for that, that it nearly never will heppen with these two books and 3 scrolls that come with the soulgem)
second:
btw, where is the secret master trainer for destruction. i did most of the quest for the magesguild but cant advance cause i need higher skills. (seems i use them to seldom)
i know that guy is in the "ascendian isle region", but where ?

wew, that was fast. thanks, so i can go and wait for more gems to come by.
btw, how strong should one be to go and get "azura´s star"? I mean when i retrived some dwemer blueprints i also come to an deadric shrine and "had a look". well, it was a very shot one cause the things there - dremoras?? - said "bye" and i had to reload. :grr:
oh and one more :cheeky:
what does that "persistend" in the editor mean? i mean on chest and some other things, this option is checked.

If you can take out a Golden Saint, you should have no problems getting Azura's Star.
As to flags in the editor, check out the help file, it's pretty thorough once you figure how it's ordered. Forget searching if it's a flag or other attribute though, those pages don't seem to be indexed for some reason (or at least, I haven't figured it out). Instead, use the 'Contents' tab, select the entry that has something like 'objects' in it, and drill down until you get to containers. From what I remember though, it just means the engine won't let it 'decay' like bodies do, but I could be wrong.

If level 8 by now - so you can fiugure out that i never met one. (But want that constant effect of course) You need to be able to take out a highly magic resistant (and immune to non-magical weapons) melee opponent who has 20% chance to reflect any spell and 300 health. It's hard (close to impossible) to say whether you are able to kill a GS without knowing how you fight, what spells and equipment you have, how good you are at using them and what race and birthsign you have chosen. It should be possible to take out a GS at a very low level if you have prepared for it and know how to deal with them.
Two hints : 1) They're melee monsters and 2) they don't fly.

I have played for about 3 days (morrowind time) and the mage's guild chests won't restock. I am out of mana potions, therfore I cannot complete any quests. How do I restock in the console? Is the a link I can go to that will give help on the console? Also, how do I change the difficulty? Is there another easy way to get/buy/create mana potions cheaply?
Thankz!

Well, the editor's help docs say the respawn period is 4 months but I believe someone on here said it was lower than that; I just don't remember how low. You can't restock w/ the console, but you can always go buy some; most merchants restock right after you buy from 'em and say goodbye. You can also make some, if you have a decent Alchemy skill (mix together any two: daedra heart, void salts, frost salts, or comberry) If you're just interested in getting the potion w/out alot of effort, try this:
player->additem "p_restore_magicka_e", num
(replace 'num' with however many you want)
Re: a link for help re: the console, there's a few; check around the various Morrowind sites (like (
http://morrowind.ttlg.com/spoiler)). None of 'em that I've seen are very comprehensive though, given the volume of data that exists in the editor's help docs.
The difficulty can be modified in the options somewhere, I suspect (can't check just now), it shouldn't be difficult to locate.
